Directions: Pour 1 oz hot water over 1 teaspoon of matcha and whisk into a smooth paste. Slowly add 8 oz water or milk (hot or cold) for an exceptional tea or latte.
Store in a cool, dark place.

I have been an avid coffee drinker for years looking for the energy that coffee gives me but , dreading the crash that follows from coffee therefore needing more just to get through the remainder of my day. This matcha has been a lifesaver to my everyday living and gives me a boast of natural energy & also keeps me very focused to where I do get over stimulated like coffee & I can complete each task I set up. I highly recommend this & I tell all my friends about it! You can add it to anything you’d like . Oatmeal , milk, supplement shakes . ANYTHING! I love it in my breakfast meals to start my day. A simple spoonful will have you thanking the organic heavens that this was created from the beautiful earth. Although coffee is still fun to drink for the taste - I don’t miss crashing from the high amounts of sugar & feeling demotivated afterwards. This matcha DOES NOT do that because it’s so organic and it works with your body , NOT AGAINST IT! This matcha goes with me everywhere!
