This workshop is part of Lenee Love’s monthly Women’s Circle, all about celebrating our unique feminine energies. Connect with nature, slow down, drink tea and make your custom tea blends!
Following an intention setting meditation, we'll give an intro to Ayurveda, explore ancient herbs, and lead you step-by-step to mix, brew and create your personalized tea blends. You’ll also get to try Roots in Harmony teas, enjoy tasty Indian snacks, but most of all, set the foundation for a new wellness routine in 2023.
All ages are welcome, and no experience necessary!
Each participant will receive a BONUS bag of goodies including individually bagged herbs, single-use teabags, Roots in Harmony trial size tea, a cute tote, and much more!
