In classic ayurvedic tradition, we individually dry-roast each spice to elevate the essential oils, aroma, and complex flavors, delivering an all-natural, well balanced and delicious chai!
To enjoy as a black tea: Add 1 teaspoon Chai in 1 cup boiling water, and steep for 3-4 minutes. Strain, and sweeten to taste.
To enjoy as a Chai Latte: In a small pot, add 2 teaspoons Chai to 1/2 cup of water and boil for 2-3 minutes. Then, add 1/2 cup of milk, and simmer for another 2-3 minutes. Strain, and sweeten to taste.
*TIP: When using plant-based milks, we like to use 1/3 cup water and 2/3 cup milk. Find your own balance!
