Rise and shine to a nourishing cup of Golden Chai with a malty and earthy sweetness. Wholesome turmeric and ginger promote anti-inflammatory benefits, support joint health, boost immunity and improve digestion. Filled with antioxidants, Assam black tea, fennel and rose petals promote healthy metabolism while cardamom seeds and star anise stimulate blood circulation.
To enjoy as a black tea: Add 1 teaspoon Chai in 1 cup boiling water, and steep for 3-4 minutes. Strain, and sweeten to taste.
To enjoy as a Golden Chai Latte: In a small pot, add 2 teaspoons Chai to 1/2 cup of water and boil for 2-3 minutes. Then, add 1/2 cup of milk, and simmer for another 2-3 minutes. Strain, and sweeten to taste.
*TIP: When using plant-based milks, we like to use 1/3 cup water and 2/3 cup milk. Find your own balance!
