Rise and shine to a nourishing cup of Golden Chai with a malty and earthy sweetness. Filled with antioxidants, Assam black tea, fennel and rose petals promote healthy metabolism while cardamom seeds and star anise stimulate blood circulation.
To enjoy as a black tea: Add 1 teaspoon Chai in 1 cup boiling water, and steep for 3-4 minutes. Strain, and sweeten to taste.
To enjoy as a Golden Chai Latte: In a small pot, add 2 teaspoons Chai to 1/2 cup of water and boil for 2-3 minutes. Then, add 1/2 cup of milk, and simmer for another 2-3 minutes. Strain, and sweeten to taste.
*TIP: When using plant-based milks, we like to use 1/3 cup water and 2/3 cup milk. Find your own balance!
